OUR PAINTING SERVICE
We can offer a multitude of finishes/paint styles/colours if the Bookcase is purchased “painted”. Here at Penn & Bristle we have 9 House colours that are neutral tones designed to harmonise with most situations. If you decided to go with our paint service and choice of colours we also apply an antique glaze, lightly dragged over the top to soften the look further. This really brings out the details of the various mouldings and carvings.
It is also possible for you to specify your own paint colour and style if preferred. The paint finish is then given further protection using a number of coats of matt varnish. If a satin or gloss finish is required this is also possible
Our colours are shown in the images but we would happily send you a painted sample upon request. Also shown are the staining options.
