Our best selling Wooden Sofa is similar to many others on the market but, crucially, is made from solid hardwood rather than pine. This makes for a much stronger product and one which does not suffer from the knots that invariably bleed through the paintwork of the pine versions. An ideal piece for the hallway as it is relatively shallow in depth and with a large storage capacity under the lid (approx 150cm x 41cm x 21cm high internally).

Why not add a duck (well we would not harm a goose!) feather seat pad and/or a pair of bolsters? These can be supplied with or without coverings in your material (prices upon request for upholstery).

Finishes and Options

When we paint pieces for you, we let you choose from our 9 basic paint colours – shown in the image gallery – or you may specify your own.
Our 9 House Colours are all neutral tones designed to harmonise with most situations so normally one of these will work! We lightly drag an antiquing glaze over the top to soften the look further and bring out the details of the various mouldings and carvings that we use. The paint and glaze is then given further protection using a number of coats of satin lacquer.

Our colours are shown in the images but we would happily send you a painted sample upon request.
